Thread: If you can't join em eat em!

Well with all the thunder storms rolling through didn't make it to the lake this weekend so I figured I would bring in 2017 with the next best thing.Fried crappie!Decided to go a little different with a crappie sandwich.Toasted some buns, layed that nice fillet on there, added some tarter sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, and a slice of melted cheese. Salt and pepper, fried potatoes, a little ketchup, and a tall glass of sweet tea.It was some kinda good. Here's are a few pics!
