That's true but you can build one you can't afford. I've always told my wife I wish we had an 800 square foot house and a 40,000 square foot garage. At this stage of my life I have come to realize if I don't use something within a 5 year period, it needs to go. The 24x36 is strictly for boat and tackle.
Maaaan, now you are making me real jealous and wantin' to move outta this
horsepucky state of confusion, greed and stupidity (aka Illinois)!!!
Gonna haveta get serious about goin' down south.
Nice very nice! Good that you got a big size shop/garage. You will be surprised how fast you can fill it up.
Nice!
I had a 30' X 40' built for the boat & tractor. If I want to take anything else out of the shop I have to take either the boat or tractor out first.
Sweeet.
I built a 30x50x10 with a 12x50 shed on the front over the doors. I put in heat and air to make it more comfortable to work in. I wanted to go 12 high but I wanted to match the house. I wish I had gone 40wide though.
Congrats, you will enjoy it, I spend most of my free time out there.
I built a 30x70x12. The enclosed shop area is 30x40 and the overhang is 30x30. I have one 20' door on the front end and a 10' on the rear end. The 30' overhang was accomplished with no support post in the middle by reinforcing the pearling in the roof. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2017...c2e39654c8.jpg
