I foul hooked one in the tail casting under docks using 4# Stren and he ran out into deep water and I managed to wear him out. It was a carp like yours and weighed 19#. I thought for the longest time it was a Striper or big cat, otherwise I would have broke him off. After some time though, I just wanted to see what it was.
