A pair of Sweet Sixteen

My Dad left me these two old shotguns. Both have been well used. I want two have both of them serviced and returned to everyday use as a pair of dove/field guns for my wife and me. They are very important to me, so I don't really want to trust em to anybody. Who would you use to repair/service these two fine old shotguns?
