How about the guy next to you who didn't buy his seeds from the same company you did being unable to keep his seeds because of the wind, bees, fate, etc? There are some dangerous precedents being set in some places right now.

If you grow it, it's yours. I don't understand anything in opposition to that. A company's right to it's seeds has to end after they are purchased. ((Agreeably, I might feel different if I owned the seed company...but I don't.))
