    Default Proffer

I'm looking for a proffer and a few trays. For those that don't know, it's a cabinet to keep food warm in prepping and waiting to be served in restaurants.
At our Fish & Camps we serve up a lot of food that needs to stay warm. Not sure if we get electricity at the pavilions so it would need to be gas. I've looked online for new and used, a lot more than I want to spend. After I finish the camper floor I could make one or 2 small ones out of plywood.

At work, lunch room we had a 48" single expanded metal shelf cabinet with a row of 100W flood lights above and below the shelf. I grilled a steak in it once.
