Asked this on the cooking forum but going to try here. Any of you guys ever converted a propane fryer over to NG ? Haven't found any info on the net to speak of.

Natural gas is lower pressure so you would have to have a different regulator and you would need a larger main orifice....the size depends on the BTU rating of your burner. Talk to a gas man at one of the LP places and see if they can tell you what you need.

I have the regulator already mounted in the line to my gas grill. It was converted when I got it. So I'm thinking I would just have to change the jet I guess. All the gas folks anywhere close have closed shop. Maybe have to check with North Central.

If you know the btu rating of your burner....they should be able to tell you what size drill bit to drill your orifice out to........they use number size drill bits for this.

There's a gas shop in front of Lowes Southaven. I'll check when I get close.
Granddaughter wanted me to take her to the bank today which is very close. She called a friend to come get her instead.
Gave me time to work on camper, trench and garden.
