    Is definitely top notch. I ordered two 66" drift socks in January when they first went on sale, and I ordered two 78"ers while fishing Saturday. They had reduced the sale price yesterday with free shipping. Cray posted the new sale price on his thread earlier today.

    I called Cabelas and they went back and I saved 4.75 each on the 66" ones from January, and 14.75 each on the 78"ers I ordered Saturday. They also gave me a credit for the 16.95 shipping I paid on the Saturday order. They saved me 57.95 total on my two orders. (Drinks on Me. Cabelas Customer ServiceCabelas Customer Service)

    Kudos to Cabelas Customer Service. I like doing business with people like that. Most places would have kept my money.

    I got some waders one Christmas on sale and didn't use them until April. One side leaked. I called them and told them I didn't have a receipt cause they were a gift. No problem, they sent me a brand new pair.

    I wore a pair of their goretex hiking shoes to work in. As a delivery driver for UPS I really put the miles on them. One day I was in their store in St. Charles and had them on. They were starting to crack where the sole meets the upper. I jokingly said to the shoe salesman that they hadn't held up very well and he said to just go get another pair off the shelf and they would trade them out. No receipt needed. Walked out in a brand new pair of shoes. That is good customer service.

    I was the second guy from Ar that reworked the order,and got my shipping reimbursement...said he did it for 1 guy from Ar guess we will do it for everyone
