    Ok, guess no one is reading the recipe thread...neighbor killed some rosters , skinned it, and gave me one..I want to do it on masterbilt. How would you cook it

    I've smoked the large breast from the chicks I killed. They had a season rub and wrapped in bacon.

    Charlie knows how to smoke a Rooster.....don't know if he knows anything about rosters tho

    Rub down with your favorite seasoning....I like Tony Catchers Creole seasoning......fill water pan with sprite.....set temp at 225......cook untill internal temp is 160. Use cherry wood chips.

    regardless of how you cook it be sure the internal temp has reached or very near 165..
