USPS Tracking, not much to it. They scan the barcode when you mail it, then they scan it when it gets to the destination, and again when it is delivered. I ordered a depth finder today, it is being shipped UPS. Tracking says it will be here on Monday and I have no doubt it will be. I formerly worked closely with the Postal Service and most the folks there are just looking to get to retirement, not really interested in good customer service. They are not held responsible for making a profit as shareholders expect from UPS and FEDEX It is now mostly run by women, most of the Viet vets that were hired have gotten to retirement age and left.
