Bill I have the HD20 with the 200 SHO and 5 inch jackplate. Tried 4 props and can never get the rpm's past 5700. What prop were you running? I can touch 65 by myself with half tank of gas. But would like to see 6000 rpm. It torques hard at wide open, will the hydraulic plate help with the torque or rpm's. HD20? That's not the pad boat. Didn't know it was rated for the 200. They all run different loaded.

My new rig is just like the one I've been using. Only difference is the engine size and Jack plate. Got a 150 on the one I'm using (it's for sale) now with the 5" jack. The newer one does have the Pro Oxygen system on the rear live well.
