Default Enid depth on dam end.

Getting ready for crankfest, it will be me, my wife and 6 year old grandson. Entertaining a 6 year old is not that big a deal for me since we are close in maturity. So to help both of us I have made up a couple sets of 25 pool noodles for catfish. I've all but four made from the small noodles with a 4 ought hook 6-7 feet and a one ounce weight a foot or so above the hook. Because they ran out of the small noodles I bought a couple large ones to finish the last set. I figure I will try and target some bigger fish with these. Going to use big circle hooks and 3 ounce lead. My question is how deep should I set these up. Never fished enid cept 1 morning with no action pulling cranks.

    Sorry for the lengthy explanation.

Dollar Tree had plenty of the smaller noodle today, only place I've seen an orange one. Mine have 3 ft of line, no sinker.

Yep them cats stay down on the bottom until they smell supper time and they come on up and eat. Just too much trouble jugging long lines because they will find something to swim around before u can get to them.

Goodtime, most lines u see are set at what would look like a v in the water. No real constant depth from my lil experience fishing with those guys.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
