Thanks, temp is at 175 now and still rising pretty steady, should be ready to wrap in another hour and half. Tried something different with a cake too that turned out really well, will post it after a while.
We cooked some leg quarters last night and used the rest of the rub I had made for the butt, it was pretty dern good as well. Learning this smoking stuff is fun and I dont get hungary too bad niether!!!!!
