Some of you will remember a buddy of SteveJ and mine, Wayne Jones. He lived next to Steve and fished with us a bunch. Steve noticed Sheriff deputy cars next door this morning. Wayne had been shot multiple times and killed during the night. The suspect is Wayne's drug addicted ex-con son. He is still on the run. Steve, of course, is very upset. Wayne has been cutting Steve's grass and really helping out while Steve is recovering from hernia surgery. Wayne lived alone and had trouble with his son stealing guns and other items recently.
