LOOKING AT A BOAT WITH A 2007 MERCURY FOUR STROKE . I HAVE NEVER OWNED A MOTOR LARGER THAN A 25 . THIS MOTOR HAS 61 HRS. AND I REALLY LIKE THE BOAT . IF IT HAD A YAMAHA I WOULD HAVE PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY BOAT IS 2000 UNDER NADA VALUE . YOUR THOUGHTS ? you might should have picked it up yesterday, I think the 2007 50 hp mercury 4 stroke was made by Yamaha !!!

Dunno for sure if its true or not but I have heard that Yamaha makes the power heads for the larger Merc four strokes, and Tohatsu makes the ones for the smaller motors. Maybe BRM will chime in here and tell us something.
