Just fillet those green crap. Fry them up put a lot of catchup and hot sauce on them as they will need some flavor and eat them. That way you know they want get back on your crappie hooks. Thanks for sharing the pictures and I like the look of the trees in that lake. No need to drop fish habitat there. Trees are Mother Nature's fish habitat.
