    There are a few boats around 'sippi like that. Getting to be more and more common with all the yanks coming down. I noticed you do not have any registration #'s or stickers. Brand new rig? Anyhow, for right now, just fish shallow with 1/8 jigs, go where you see other boats. Also, it's Hard for a newbie to beat the old minner and cork

    That boat will get her done!If you like the thump on your line then get you a jig pole with 10lb. test and like Mike said work timber, bushes or brush.Butla is way high and falling. The other lakes are on a slight rise sept for Grenada which is slow falling.Fer a real chance at a PIG, hit Grenada.

    Boy, is your life ever fixing to change.......once hooked on crappie, especially the eatin part, it's downhill for everything else....

    Welcome to the best fishing forum on the web.....Down here in south Louisiana they call crappie sac-a-lait.......
