Two other incidents recently show the ubsurd laws that are an affront to the 2nd amendment.
A man buys a flintlock pistol that is 300 years old. Gets involved with LE and is charge with felony possesion of a firearm trying to get the legally purchased antique home.
A single mom from Pennsylvania crosses stateline into NJ and is stopped for traffic violation. She has a lawful (in Penn) ccw and is arrested in front of her kids.
Flipside, Jon Corzine ex govenor of NJ as well as other titles uses 2+ billion of investor money illegally and it disappears. No charges, no press coverage.
