Broke out the master built smoker on some chicken breasts and they turned out great!Rubbed them, used Wickers basting sauce in the pan, and smoked them with hickory for about 2hrs.45min.at 225 degrees.Finished them in a 300 degree oven wrapped with Wickers in the foil. They came out super moist. A little mac-n-cheese,steamed broccoli, and green beans sauteed with garlic and olive oil!Ms. Marsha made a Paula Dean banana pudding and now we all can't breath.Sure was good!
