I know the owners of lakeway...they are good friends. Our kids went to school together. He knows they are losing money on minnows....but they make it up on all the other stuff.
Last week I got an email from a friend letting me know that, "There's going to be a solar eclipse tonight. I plan to watch it." I replied that she surely should watch it as a solar eclipse at night is rare indeed.
I carried the kids to get fireworks one year. We bought a $33 worth. I gave the guy 2 $20s. He returns with my change and the 2 $20s are there. I said you made a mistake. He says oh sorry and gives me another $5.
The other night Debbie and I went out to eat. We get the ticket at the end of the meal. We have the correct change with tip. Before we can get up from the table the girl is back with our change. A $10, $5 and 5 0nes. I catch her and tell her to recheck our ticket and give her the money.
