    I got to bring him home this afternoon. He has an appt Thursday morning with the orthopedic doc. We were told he has a good bit of damage from the gout/arthritis. They are supposed to drain some fluid off on Thursday. For now, he got a big ole dose of morphine just before we left the hospital. Sure am glad we got him inside before he could keel over. I hope he can get some sleep tonight! Thanks for all your prayers and messages. You are all appreciated!
