Good point Major. Aren't these the same people who in 1988, predicted the oceans would be void of any life by the year 2000?

They come out with these biased reports. But what's amazing is none of these groups ever offer any realife recommendations on what to do about anything. Why are they not front and center trying to stop the devastation of the rain forest. Which truly is a problem that affects us all as far as pollution is concerned.

Well since 1/2 the people don't work and the retirement group is larger than before I can see that . I can remember my dad farming 500 acres as a side job . We fished when it was raining or to wet . He worked a forty hour week in a factory as well .Will try Saturday to harvest squirrels, put out a shooting house and catch supper late that evening . Will let Al Gore Fix the problem .

Well, like it or not. We are a world economy. And it's not rocket science to figure out the worlds population trends will have very challenging consequences along with an aging society. Its foolish to think we can keep cutting more trees, harvesting more fish, using more water, etc. w/o having a negative impact at some point. Ultimately, it comes down to supply and demand and higher prices.

The key will be figuring out a way to harvest and sell those flying carp! Which BTW, I could have swore I saw one jump at Sardis on Monday.
