Make sure you have at least one in working order! That bathroom trip could get complicated if not. I had rotator surgery before. Never been in so much pain. Bothers me all the time now but at least I can raise my arm. Can't hold that pole all day long anymore. BTW, those baby wipes come in handy. Good luck and get well.
