    The Dual Pro's are great chargers and made in the USA. I hear they have great customer service as well, but never had to use it. I've got a couple of the MK Chinese garbage with non functioning banks

    Most have fuses at the terminals . Make sure they are good and not corroded. Dual pro units are the best.
