Who caught the 2 lbers on Thursday and Friday. Several teams struggled Friday.

I had over 20 weighable fish Friday; two over 14". I'm not sure what they weighed, just a whole lot more than anything I weighed Saturday!

??? I've been keeping up and sometimes participating in tournaments for a long time. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't remember a Wolf Lake tournament getting anywhere close to 12-13 lbs with a 7 fish limit.

I can't remember one either. But I know one person had 3 over 2lbs and stopped fishing @ 11 am. Another caught 2 in half an hour after work before storm ran us off the lake. Others caught several good fish prefishing. Not everyone was. The fish were in spots. If you were not in the right spot, at the right depth all you caught were gar and dinks

Congrats to the winners.. Sounds a lot like what happened to us at Grenada early June.. Big rain killed the bite for a while..

That's fishing and it's goes double for tournaments. Just about the time you think you've gotten them figured out something happens. Sometimes it's obvious what changed, other times it leaves you scratching your head trying to figure it out. Congrats to the winners on a tough day at a very tough lake to crack.
