I got my new crank bait box and it sure is better than the old system I had. I hung them by the hooks and a few fell off so is it better to put them in so that you can pick them up by the bill

I've got one of those boxes and I believe they're the best out there. Just put your baits in there bill down, even if they're coming unhooked. If you place them bill up you can get a hook under the plastic dividers and that's a bugger to straighten out.
