I've got one of those boxes and I believe they're the best out there. Just put your baits in there bill down, even if they're coming unhooked. If you place them bill up you can get a hook under the plastic dividers and that's a bugger to straighten out.

thats what I thought too., thats 4 boxes into one, alot less clutter in the boat
