    Default Masterbuilt chicken

I bought a pack of boneless, skinless chicken breasts from Sams and they were very large so I smoked 3 of them on the Masterbuilt and they turned out tender and juicy.Cooked them on 275 for almost 1hr.45 min. and basted them with Corky's the last 15 min.Internal temp of 165 and used the water pan with strait water.Served them with steamed broccoli and rice pilaf. First attempt using the new smoker and figured if it didn't dry them out. Everything else would be pie!Just a warning to all that have not used this grill with a water pan. It is like a pressure cooker and when you pop the latch and grab the handle on the top, steam will cook that hand!Don't ask how I know this!

you might try leaving the vent open more and turning the heat down some and that should help, and yes the chicken looks quite tasty

Looks great.,... Definately leave vent open slightly while cooking,,, helps with smoking as well,,circulates better
