    That looks great! Sometimes I like baked crappie more than fried.

    We, like them baked and on the grill and smoker Scott and my Boss says they are better for me than fried.

    We've gotten to where we'll bake or smoke the filets but I still like to fry me some whole ones. They surely have a better taste than fried filets.
