Thread: Pork Loin

Sam's had a whole pork loin on sale so we got one yesterday. I got 2 good roasts out of it for smoking and 12 steaks from the small end to BBQ on the grill. I've got one roast marinating to smoke tomorrow and I BBQed 6 steaks today. They were good with corn and new potatoes boiled with crab boil.
Somebody was glad that I wasn't cooking chicken.
