    Pretty fish for sure. Interesting how you cleaned them and left the heads on. Do you cook them that way?

    That's the only way to cook trout.....cut the heads off and lose some flavor. There is a iodine gland in the head that adds to the flavor of the meat somehow when you cook them head on.

    Easy to clean....just use a pair of sissors......cut the gills out snip down the belly to gut them.....that's it.

    I met a guy up there that didn't use a knife or scissors. Just used his fingers.
