    Default Fillet knife

Snagged one of these yesterday, it seems to have a lot of torque and power. Has anyone used one? I hope I haven't wasted my money. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1404055724.266379.jpg

It seems to be heavier built than the other American Anglers I've seen, when you hit the switch the torque will make your wrist jump a little. Rock, I'm about to bust to put some big ole good'uns in a boat.

My girl bought me a electric fillet knife at a commercial kitchen supply co. Had it over 10 yrs. Cleaned a lot of fish. Sharpen the back side of blade s.
