Got a letter last Sat. from Remington concerning a recall on the mod 700 XMP there seems to be prob with the trigger assy that may cause it to fire accidentally I bought a 243 2 years ago,well I called them and gave my ser. no. and mine is the one they are sending all the necessary boxes to ship it to the factory.So if anyone has one better check it out.
