What fish fryer do you use???

I have had this cooker for 30+ years and it was used when I got it. It is thermostat controlled and by far my favorite when cooking for 1-25 people. It's a little crusty, but doesn't that make the food taste better?

It will for sure. Holds 1 3/4 gal of cotton seed oil, also my favorite. If cooking for more that 15-20, I may add a little of the 1/4. You use very little of the cotton seed oil as apposed to other oil I've used, and the flavor can't be beat as far as I'm concerned.

Yes indeed, that's why they look like that in most restaurant kitchens, hahaha. They just about last forever.

Here's what I use when cooking at home. It's made by Presto. It's made of steel and has a thermostat. I can fry 3 whole crappie or 8 or so filets at a time in it. I fried these tonight in it.
