Thread: Tibbee creek question

When you put in at waverly, go north (left) how far is it to the mouth ? Right /left going up river ?

Neither. Leaving the Waverly ramp, once you get out to the main channel, go right (south) towards the lock. It's about a mile or so to the mouth of Tibbee on the right. There are rocks on your right along the bank, at the break in the rocks, that's Tibbee. The Tibbee channel is marked with red and green buoys.

Ain't no fish up there, move along to better waters. Lol

SO I PASSED IT ON THE WAY TO KELLOGS SLOUGH .

Kellogg's slough is off Tibbee. If you continue on following the channel markers it will narrow down to just the creek.
