Nope! Not what I'm saying. You could go to Tunica and keep 35 more. That 35 + the 15 from Sardis would be your daily limit for Tunica. But 15 from Sardis and 15 from Enid or Grenada would put you over your limit and thefore in violation. You can't use the Tunica limit for Sardis, Butla, Enid or Grenada. Your aggregate for those 4 lakes is still 20.

i see what your are saying. lets use a lake with a normal daily state limit of 30, like lakeview (if it were still accessible). 15 from sardis plus 15 for lakeview =30.
15 from sardis plus 5 from lower =20 agregate.
