    Default Areator pump

I have a Frabill Aqualife Bait Station minnow bucket I have had for a little over a year. The motor has stopped working. It won't run on two D cell batteries or on the 12 volt adapter. I knew it only had a one year warranty so I took the top apart to see if I could fine the problem. The motor is bad.. I called Frabill to see if they would still honor the warranty and was told I could fill out a warranty request online and see what happened. The only problem is I had to drill a couple of the screws out and they said if they sent a replacement I would have to send the old one back undamaged. So I was going to order a new motor and was told I had to buy the whole lid assembly for $36.00 plus $10.00 shipping. That ain't happening. Now for my question. I don't want to fool with an Inverter to run an Aquarium pump. Any ideas as where I can find a strong 12 volt aerator ? Thanks
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

Get one of these. Wire it up with on off switch. Power 2 buckets or bucket and live well. I have one set up to run 2 buckets and my live well. No problem with enough air. Run for days on battery.

I saw this one on another post here and ordered one with the 12 volt adaptor. I have been very pleased with it. I have a 120 to 12 volt adaptor so I can leave it running in my shop and then plug it in the boat when I am fishing.
By the way, it is so quite I had to put my hand on it to see if it was running.

I just bought a lid for a 5 gallon bucket that had an aerator in the package and the whole price was about $15. I don't know how it will last since I only have about 20 hours on it up to this point. It does some to be quiter than the 3 frabils I own. Here are some options including one for about $6. The dual power unit is not but about $15 as well.

Hate your unit quit and hope you find a satisfactory solution.

Here's that same one at Academy cray. A bit cheaper! $ 33.99. Free shipping on orders over $39. I just wonder why a pump that's gonna be pumping water says " Keep Dry"?

Drill a hole in the lid and strap a hush bubbled on the side.
