my son is with the NWA out in corpus and they release two a day, every day and he told me they get very few of them back. i think he told me they were about 300 bucks each. unlike most gubment waste these are very valuable and save many folks life every year...

slabin, just talked to my son. he said there should be a sticker on it that says when and where it was launched from. he guessed maybe jackson ms. he also said there is a self stamped container that should have been attached. if not i can probably get you an addy to sent it back too.
