I bought some 8 lb flourocarbon line to try out on my minicast spinning reels and Adela and Brilee my 2 little girls started begging me to fish(they didn't have to try too hard lol), so i carried them to our little pond in the front yard. I would throw it out and let them reel it in...Brilee(my 3 year old) could hook up but couldn't reel them in by herself. Adela could do it all!!!! She is ready for our Spring Break camping trip now.
