BRM, I have a 2013 HD20 with a 200 SHO. I bought in Baton Rouge in august 2012 and was supposed to be the first labled 2013. I had ordered it special, since I wanted carpeted decks and sprayed in floor, but the steering was installed by Xpress and is Seastar.Did they change since? I did use baystar on a duracraft with a 90 Merc Optimax, not seastar like I thought when I mentioned it in an earlier note. No problems with either.

They use Uflex on single engines over 150 now. I used to get some with SeaStar also, but the last ones are Uflex. That's what's in my 200 SHO.

I had the seastar on a 115hp motor. The system was a little low when I got it and the wanted $38.00 a gt for the oil for it. Checked and it said you could use Dexton ATF if you could not get that it called for. I put ATF in it and never had a leak. Can say anything about the others but I would have it again.

Teleflex and Uflex are both good units. The Teleflex has connecting hardware for Multi engines. Not sure if Uflex does.

Again not sure, but I THINK (I don't know) the Dextron ATF is non detergent that's why you can use it. If they recommend it, Just Do It!!!!

We use the Teleflex fluid. That 38.00 must have included putting it in and purging the system, and checking for leaks if was low.

No torque is nice but I like the No Feedback. The helm has to turn the engine. The engine cannot turn the helm.

Don't buy a used one. Why did that guy have to upgrade his IF it was working?
