Probably dating myself, but back in the day, there was red avgas 80 octane and the blue which was 100. Haven't been hanging around the airport in a few years so don't know what they have now.

Just use regular gas. With Stabil, and non ethanol gas, it should last a year or so. Ain't no oil in the gas to make the gas varnish or go that bad. Now ethanol gas is a different story!!!!
You can locate Regular, Non-Ethanol gas in your area with this link.

Regular gas has a higher BTU rating and burns cleaner and a bit hotter in your engine. Ethanol will phase separate after storing for long periods. 4-Strokes will burn (or blow out) the separated fuel because of the high pressure fuel system required to push the fuel through the injectors, but can cause piston damage over the long haul because of the lower octane rating after the alcohol in the ethanol absorbs the moisture (water) that causes it to separate.
Glad it's working out for ya, but I don't use stored ethanol in any of my engines. I do work on a bunch of em that do tho.
BTW, if ya burn through your fuel like in your vehicle, the ethanol is fine. It doesn't have time to separate before you burn it.

Are you going to fly-N-fish? No really I would not put that in my motor. Like "G" said I used the ethanol in my 115hp four stroke but I would burn it all out within a few days after fueling the boat. I also used the stabill with it.
