    Oh my, they were delicious. If you like ranch you have to try it. Pork fingers are just boneless strips of pork like spare ribs without the bone. Pork chops would work just fine with the ranch.

    Look like country style ribs to me. Never seen a hog with fingers.

    Yep they call em country style ribs in some stores. We always called em pork fingers. I reckon because of chicken fingers.
