I have a 55 gallon blue barrel that I got going good last spring. I cut the top out and drilled a hole on the side at the bottom for a hose bibb. I refitted a 60 gallon aquarium filter to hang on the side. A walmart double air pump with 2 stones. My son built a charcoal bio filter in a 5 gallon bucket. I used a 2 liter drink bottle with lots of holes filled with poly pillow stuffing with a fountain pump in it to circulate water from the tank to a 20 foot coil in the frig to cool the water and dump back into the tank. The tank is on my covered deck on the south side of the house. The cooling system at best would cool the water by 5 degrees. When the temp hit 95 I was boiling bait at 90.
