Just a a little rant, I've got a new manager who is not qualified to be in the position he's in and I feel this is the only way he knows how to operate.

When I was a teen, I changed a water pump on a Chevy 350 with a screwdriver and a pair of channel lock pliers.

I've dug them with a jackhammer when it was this cold.

Do we work at the same place?? Too many college educated people with no field experience or people skills round here..

Mine cant ant even change a tire. He had a flat in his company car and drove it across town to a service station destroying the wheel.

I did question that once to my general manager. He told me that he has no idea what I do and how I communicate with clients, but what he knows is how to find people like me that do. I understood then. Just sayin.

I once had a good customer who changed management. Soon after, they started giving all their business to my competition. I pulled up to their place of business one day and the new guy boss was trying to figure out how to hook up a trailer hitch to a truck ball. No kidding! He could not figure it out! I talked to him for a bit and just left him there to figure it out. Soon after he was fired and my business returned as normal. Sometimes you just got to let them hang themselves.

Must be in the water. Evey direct boss I've ever had has been as far off track as can be.
