    Not my cooker guys, it belongs to my wifes cousin and I gotta tell ya its about as fool proof as any I ever seen used. Ran the thing 7 hours on about 12 little sticks of wood and I never saw the temp go above 275 or below 225, butts and the ribs were perfect.
