    Thanks guys for the comments,its something we do for a hobby we don't drink but we do take sample of each batch to make sure we didn't get vinegar. We use it mostly for cooking this weekend I will make about 2 gals of pizza sauce for Christ mas eve and the wife will make the crust and if I am smoking some turkey on the smoker I use 2 bottles in the water pan adds some great taste again thanks.

    Jesus turned the water into wine Mr. Jim. Must be OK in moderation. We don't drink much either, but will have one on certain occasions.
