Ever thought about a skull mount from the taxidermist? I really like the look of them. And it's a lot cheaper........just a thought.

Great deer! A shoulder mount is normally something you get what you pay for... European mounts are cool but if it was my biggest to date I am pretty sure I would have to splurge on the shoulder mount. You can get a quality shoulder moutn around here for between $350-$400. Paid $175 for one, looked real bad...

300 ain't bad ifn he does good work, paid 400 for the 2 I told you about 25 years ago but Bobby Wade, RIP, did them from Macon. Bet Feesh and Grease know that name.

Most of the time the cheaper priced guys just pickle the hide and they wont hold up thru the years......the ones that hold up.....and cost more they tan the hides. So best to ask if they are going to tan the hides.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
