Size:  64.8 KBi melted some butter and added garlic powder, Tony's, Old Bay, and a few dashes of Tabasco. Brushed it on them and let sit for a few minutes, then placed scale side down on a hot grill and reapplied butter mixture about half way thru the cooking process. Yum, yum!

    I tried some saltwater drum in a Dallas restaurant one time. NEVER again for me. Mine was Nasty. Just give me a crappie or a walleye.

    Even though from same family there is a big difference between black drum and Red fish. That red is excellent Blackened also.
