    Default Eagle/chotard

After the whipping we took Thursday nite, i had to get out and try the perch for the first time in several months. Went to Eagle with advice and fished half day and caught 1 perch and about dozen drum. The piers didnt work for me. Loaded up and went to Chotard and fished about 3 hours and did pretty well. 11 perch, 3 catfish and 1 bass about 4 pounds. Gars were not bad at all. Where do they go when it turns cold weather guys??

Deep, I've caught them at Chotard as much as 24' deep during late winter.
