Nice mess, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have kept that many, nor would I have kept catching them the day before a tourney. Not real tourney savoy in my opinion.

Nice catch. What types of areas are you finding them in this time of year?

We caught 10 of em on tourney day. We caught the other dozen in 4 spots on Friday.

I'll call for your advice next time tho. Sounds like you got it figured out. Lmao

Gotta catch a few to know what's there. Unfortunately for us, our best spot wasn't as good Saturday.

Had a great time . we will do it again . the steak at Como was great as well . I went home and marked it off my bucket list as this was my first shot at tournament fishing . Could have been better and could have been worse , but was a heck of a good time any ways .Will not give up my day job just yet though .

Me either Coach on the day job. It's just a fun way to compete with people with the same passion of crappie fishing. It isn't for everyone, but I enjoy it.

At least we had two fun days of fishing Coach. The word Tourney is in reality the words Excuse To Fish On Different Lakes!!!! It works on my wife anyways!!! :-)

Might start a new tourney trail. The ETFODL Tournament Trail. Lmao

Your fish were there two weeks in a row, even with all the boats fishing that area all week. You did better this time than last, but it could've gone the other way. Hey, that's fishing!!!! We did the same thing as you guys in our spot, but we just couldn't get em to bite, so we moved. We had much better fish Friday, but they just weren't active. Only fished our spot for about 30 min. to and hour and caught 3-4 good ones Friday afternoon. We left em biting and went back Saturday morning with high hopes. Go figure. Lol
